Return & Refund Policy
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and we place customer satisfaction at the center of our policy decisions. We will gladly refund an unworn dress in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Please note that we inspect all returns and we are unable to issue refunds on worn dresses. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

Due to the limited nature of our fabrics, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different style, please purchase the item you would like to guarantee availability. Then follow the instructions under our Return Policy to return your original unwanted purchase. Buyer will bear shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please make sure your color selection and shipping address are correct before you purchase. Once orders are placed we are unable to change them. Our distribution center will process and ship your order within 2 business days of placement. During sales, restocks, special promotions and/or holidays, please allow extra processing time due to high volume and closures.
We currently do not offer local pickup. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All international purchases are FINAL. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes that are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We are NOT liable for lost, undelivered, or mis-delivered packages once your shipment leaves our warehouse. You are responsible for contacting your local shipping provider with any delivery issues.
